Access to 66winn is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This is a hard legal requirement under applicable PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines. Age is verified at KYC and before any withdrawal is processed.
Each player is permitted to hold only one 66winn account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
All deposits and withdrawal requests at 66winn must use payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification before processing.

2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you and that person.

4.1 To access real-money gaming on the 66winn Platform, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
4.2 You are permitted to hold only one (1) active 66winn account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 66winn reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and to forfeit any balances or bonuses in those accounts.
4.3 You must not register a 66winn account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account termination.
4.4 Upon completion of the registration process, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) via your registered Philippine mobile number to verify your identity. The account becomes active upon successful OTP verification.
4.5 You must notify 66winn promptly if any of your registered personal details change, including mobile number, email address, or payment method information. Changes can be submitted through the account settings section or by contacting customer support.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 66winn login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party for any reason.
5.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 66winn account, whether or not authorized by you. 66winn shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 66winn customer support immediately via live chat or email. 66winn will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation.
5.4 66winn will never contact you to request your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
6.1 66winn accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 66winn's discretion.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
6.3 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 66winn does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Funds received from third-party sources may be voided and returned, subject to applicable fees.
6.4 Deposits are credited to your 66winn wallet upon confirmation of successful transaction processing. GCash and Maya deposits typically clear within seconds; bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the banking institution.
6.5 66winn does not charge fees for standard deposit transactions. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
6.6 66winn reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
7.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete 66winn's KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a driver's license, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or passport) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.00. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the account balance.
7.4 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to one (1) business day. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7.5 66winn reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
7.6 Only funds generated through genuine gameplay are eligible for withdrawal. Funds suspected of being generated through manipulation, exploitation of software errors, or any other prohibited conduct may be voided.
7.7 If a player requests withdrawal of a deposit that has not been used for any gameplay, 66winn may apply an administration fee of up to 10% of the deposit amount to cover payment processing costs.
8.1 66winn may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional benefits to new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated alongside each offer.
8.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
8.3 Bonus funds and real-money funds are maintained separately in your 66winn wallet. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise indicated.
8.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder. Bonuses may not be transferred, shared, or combined between accounts.
8.5 66winn reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect wagering requirements already in progress for a bonus already credited to a player's account.
8.6 Players who abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting bonus terms, or engaging in bonus betting patterns inconsistent with genuine gameplay — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
9.1 All Games on the 66winn Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, as communicated within the game interface or accompanying help documentation.
9.2 All slot and RNG (random number generator) games use certified random number generation, independently audited by licensed testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by 66winn or the player.
9.3 Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers via live video stream. The rules of each live game are governed by the applicable game provider's regulations and the rules displayed within the game interface.
9.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or other error during gameplay, 66winn will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. In cases where a game round cannot be completed or verified, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. 66winn's decision in such matters is final.
9.5 Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of the relevant event. Bets accepted at confirmed odds will be honoured unless the relevant event is declared void or cancelled in accordance with applicable sports betting rules.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66winn Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

11.1 All content on the 66winn Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and game content — is the proprietary property of 66winn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 66winn.
11.3 The 66winn name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 66winn. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
12.1 66winn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 66winn uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions.
12.3 66winn does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
12.4 All data transmitted between you and the 66winn Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

14.1 66winn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
14.2 Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and funds associated with prohibited conduct) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
14.3 You may close your own 66winn account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
15.1 The 66winn Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 66winn makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted and error-free access, it does not warrant that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
15.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66winn shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from service interruptions.
15.3 66winn's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 66winn's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 66winn Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.3 Disputes relating specifically to game outcomes should first be submitted through the 66winn formal complaints process via customer support. 66winn will provide a written response within 48 hours of receipt.
17.1 66winn reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 66winn will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
17.2 Your continued use of the 66winn Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
