9.3 Technical and usage data collected for platform security and fraud prevention may be retained in aggregated or anonymised form for longer periods.
9.4 Where retention is no longer required by law or legitimate business need, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

Complex requests may require up to an additional thirty (30) days, and you will be notified if an extension is needed.
13.3 66winn may be required to verify your identity before processing a data rights request to protect against fraudulent claims.
14.1 The 66winn Platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines. 66winn does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
14.2 If 66winn becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that data will be deleted and the associated account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned; any winnings will be voided.
